Basic Site: $55.95 per Year ($4.95 per Month)

You may choose a month-to-month or yearly contract. Notice that yearly contracts are discounted between about 5% and 10%.
Hosting fees, Private E-Mail fees, and Domain Name Registration are paid in advance and are not refundable. This applies to month-to-month and yearly contracts.
You may upgrade your site to another package at any time. For month-to-month contracts, your monthly fee will simply increase to the monthly price of that package. For yearly contracts, your yearly contract will effectively revert to a month-to-month contract until the end of the contract year. You will be charged the monthly fee for the upgraded package from the time of the upgrade until the end of your contract minus 1/12 of the yearly fee for the old package for each remaining month of the contract. At the beginning of the next contract year, the yearly rates for the upgraded site will take effect.
You may downgrade your package at any time. For month-to-month contracts, you will just continue to pay the lower fee starting the next month. For yearly contracts, you will be credited for the 1/12 of the yearly fee for the number of months remaining on the contract.
